To correct the time/volume on the screen, open the software in wired mode to synchronize with your computer.

If the keyboard becomes disconnected in BT mode, it may be due to low battery level. Re-update the BT function and fully charge the keyboard.

RK keyboards are compatible with some games on PS4, PS5, and Xbox in wired mode but cannot connect via Bluetooth mode.
